  • 1-3 years of experience within SD, MM, FI function from a larger organisation
  • Experience working with SAP ERP system SD
  • Knowledge of Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP)

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Perform order placement & follow up

Direct contact with sales affiliates to place orders according to their sales expectations and inventory levels. Furthermore follow up on order status and related changes in the system. This will require frequent contact with different affiliates around the world and general understanding of their markets characteristics.

2. Perform credit/debit note posting and payment reconciliation in the system

Finance after sales related activities such as credit/debit note posting and payment reconciliation are necessary to support the end-to-end order process

3. Provide with Supply Chain reporting

Sales affiliates require support with different kinds of supply chain reporting related to order and inventory planning. Reports and update frequency might vary depending on the sales affiliates needs.

4. Support on inventory planning activities

Support sales affiliates with inventory levels from different supply chain tiers (e.g.: wholesales, distributors, etc.). Detect inventory anomalies and coordinate data with different supply chain stakeholders.

5. Provide ad-hoc reporting support to enable key decision within supply chain

Support various roles in sales affiliates with more ad hoc tasks linked to various supply chain processes and analysis.


  • Participation in improvement projects related to the five main job tasks described previously.
  • Continued focus on customer service & on service targets according to SLAs

Desired Candidate Profile:-


  • Bachelor of Commerce (or equivalent)
  • Good academic track record and grades
